The litmus test to check the integrity and standing of a company, I believe, is to see the way it responds to a serious Complaint. Immediately after my adverse comments on the website, I met with Metropolitan's affable Director, Mr. Ali Asgar Roshanali who not only sorted out my problem immediately but also launched an inquiry into the matter in order to ensure that there will be no room for complaints of this nature, in the future.

I called to get some information about bar code system. The operator was so rude and she said "we don't do" and hung up. So I'm guessing you guys are only nice people who you can have business from. Very upsetting.
