Their after sales is just terrible and do not get caught with them.
The service people do not know what business ethics are.
I bought a laptop two days back, found out that the laptop doesn't sit flat on the table. Called the sales rep and all he says is that its an issue with the model. I feel this is not an acceptable answer, this is same as cheating. They should definitely educate the buyer and help them to make a decision. Guess these guys will do anything to sell their stuff. Horrible...
