It's a nice small place in that area to have a relaxing evening with nature. Locals come to jog in there and take their pet for a walk as well as to sit and enjoy the view of different kind of birds which come to the lake. Even though it's a small place with limited parking facilities still it's the best place to relax your mind have a picnic with family and friends.

If you are living closer to kottawa town , it is worth your effort to spend sometime or for Jog around here. Mattegoda ground would be a good starting point.
