  I gave this rate because of the natural beauty of the area. Air force demarcated broad area for sea bath which was not sufficient. Gurds asked us don't bath in some areas.
  
  If you are going there by bus from the Trincomalee town, take a Kinniya bus from bus stand and get down near to Kinniya bus and you can get a Threewheel from there. It will only cost Rs.150.00 for the Threewheel.
  
  Or you can take a Threewheel form the Trincomalee town and they will asked around Rs 700.00
