  For a state run institute, and a post office, the Malabe post office is rather an efficient place. I am a regular visitor here to pickup parcels that are sent to me by my clients which are too large for the postman to bring.
  
  In terms of service, the people are good. My postman in particular is a nice chap. The post office it self is a little small and thus can get crowded. I would avoid going there around the lunch hour.
  
  The parcels section is kind of a mess. I think they could use some inventory on where they leave the parcels. Once it took a while for the staff to find what was mine.

  Had a great experience || Parcel packing available || Island wide Shipping available for a reasonable price || Most of the staffs can speak in Sinhala.

  Not the best post office. They didn't deliver a single online order I received. Didn't even bother to let me know that I have parcels to be collected. I have to go there myself and check and to see I had two parcels which had been there for weeks. At least they didn't steal the stuff so two stars
