one of the main book store in sri lanka. they have all the types of books with them. most of the times it is crowded. they have books in various language. like Sinhala, English etc. Also them have the exercise books and the everything that need for school children. Staff is very help full and they will always help you to find the books.

My experience is being changed every time I visit here. Sometimes, the staff is really helpful. Sometimes not. It's not a huge issue though if you plan what you want to buy. After all their online store is always available.

One of the good bookshop in the town. There are many books published by several publishers including them it self. There is a good stationery section as well. School book list also can be purchased. No car park.

One of the largest book publishers and sellers in Sri Lanka. The place is very spacious and offers all sorts of books ranging from academic, literature to religion in all three languages. Also it offers all sorts of school supplies. The staff is very friendly and there is considerable number of people to help the customers. They also offers a loyalty card which gives 10% off to their publications and loyalty points to other publications. It's one of the best places buy books and stationeries.

They don't only have a good selection of books. They have some school supplies as well. And it's air-conditioned so it's a refreshing stop if you were walking :)

Not at all Customer focus & attentive to customers due to following facts
> So keen on the store closing time many customers were turned away
> Cashiers are so attentive to own staff who wants to exchange notes rather than servicing Cx on queue
> Loyalty card been issued but refused to accept stating no discounts for other products, at least they should have issued some point or used to track & build better CRM to identify their Cx
>Branches don't know how to check stocks availability with other locations & handover phone to Cx to check.
> No parking facility for its customers
Its surprising how they survive in the market.
