Poorly stocked with staff that aren't too bothered to help. I've only found the manager helpful. When you do find what you want it is reasonably cheap but that's because of poor printing or binding quality.

This is the first time I have been to the Negombo brach. Though it's not glamorous as the one in Pettah it's very nice place with lots of books belonging to lots of different categories. They also have school supplies.
I went there to buy a specific book and the staff was very helpful and promptly responded to all of my queries. During the checkout the cashier politely introduced me their loyalty card and the benefits of it which I already had but forgot to bring in that occasion. And they allowed me to have the benefits of the card just by getting the number of it over the phone. It was really nice experience.response / report this review -

Even though, there's a good collection of English, Sinhala books and stationary, there is a shortage of Oxford textbooks.
Customer service is good and friendly.
Price is reasonable in comparison with other book stores in the town.
