I have been trying for the past 3 weeks to get someone to visit me to let me have a quote for some monsoon blinds & canopies but after 3 phone calls to them it appears that they are not interested in any new business???

They have an excellent selection of products and looks very impressive until you need to actually get something done. For goodness sake, they can't even measure a window right much less install blinding. Crazy prices and no service
