  Awesome experience. All services provided by Sri Lanka Navy.Shorts and slippers are prohibited. Limited halls. Food also really taste. Reasonable budget for bookings. For Ex-Navy members, special discounts are available.

  A cozy to place a have a get away if you are in colombo suburbs. Has an elegant view in night offers delicious food. Can accommodate family bookings also as well as corporate outings.

  This place have really good quality and tasty food, and the price also reasonable. But when you order food make sure to order it separately otherwise they'll take around 30-45 min. to serve the food (even drinks) and you'll get everything at once (within a 2min. break they will serve your full order); so to ignore that first order drinks and then after they arrived order your main course. You can bring alcohol to this place, Light House Galley doesn't serve alcohol, not even beer.
  
  Note: Light House Galley is closed on public holidays.

  Super place for a private event, good food and nice ambience, dress code is smart casual, no slippers and no shorts. It’s being managed by the navy ! So the quality of service is very good ! The upper function room is the former anglers association headquarters, it can easily accomadate more than 50 guest and has a balcony which used to face the beachfront and the lighthouse itself, unfortunately due to the port city construction the beach is lost !

  The food there was okay. Make sure you reserve a table in advance because it's booked most of the time. There is a dress code. No shorts or slippers allowed.

  Service was good. Food was , umm... Just get the seafood rice , don't order any Noddles, that was a mistake. But the seafood, yeah definitely. 3 plates are enough for 4 people. Also get the cuttle fish deviled. Best thing you will ever try there.

  This really good place and don't have much varieties of food to select. But it has reasonably very low price. Very clean place. It has out door space as well as indoor (A/C) space. Parking available.

  A tranquil place to hangout and have a drink. Usually it's a bit crowded but it shouldn't be hard to find a spot to sit down. The ambiance is the catch but no live performance usually. The place is maintained by the Sri Lanka Navy and has outdoor and indoor dining facilities. The 2 main rooms could be reserved for private functions or meetings since they could accommodate around 100 guests.
  Diners could cross the road and have a stroll around the lighthouse too get a more oceanic experience.

  This is a very simple but still a perfect location to host a large group of friends and colleagues for a drink. You can bring your own alcohol bottles and you will be charged a minimum corkage for the same. They provide a wide variety of dishes to accompany the alcoholic beverages. The dishes are fairly well sized and are not extravagantly priced. Also as it is close to the sea, the sea breeze keeps you cool.

  We used roof-top and place was very nice. There are few negative points. Rice is not good in main course and additional dishes also in average level. You cannot make any noise. Time is very restricted and have to leave sharp at 11pm.

  Place is situated in next to very popular Galle face green. meals are very affordable and the place is well maintained. But outdoor lunch is not recommended.
