A little run down, but staff and owner very nice, hot water a bit difficult. A little over priced but apparently renovation due in may 2018

It has a nice swimming pool and direct access to the beach (not private). Not sure about the food. Hotel and the rooms are bit out dated compare to other hotels in that road but cheap.

Friendly staff. Nice place to hangout with family members and friends. You can use swimming pool and pool equipments even you are not staying at the hotel (They will charge separately for that). Foods are good but not exceptional. If you are looking for a budget place to stay around Negombo then you can consider this place as well.

Location is good..but all other basic services like proper maintenance..tvwifirestaurent food etc are not goodnot worth the price tag..there are many better places aroundthere isnt necessary power back up too
