  The real time wasters here.. they are punishing us for their errors too.. they are never customer friendly.. waiting.. waiting.. waiting came 4times to take one extract.. but proud about binding unit.. only they are excellent

  Service is not bad, most of staff members are friendly government staff. Don't hope fast service, this is government office, most of documents and details are still under papers. That's the main reason for slow service.
  If you hope quick service, please give them to proper, clear details and reasonable time.

  20th century type staff and office. Symbol of time wasting
  Even though this is 2018 there are tons of papers, seems like haven't update from ages.
  Gossiping each others, less work.
  .. If you don't have a help from inside, ohh boy.. you are going stay for long time here good luck with that.. don't forget to bring you breakfast and lunch with you.
