  Very average service as most of the government offices. Desk to write was broken. One day service limited to 150 applications only

  They are sending us to post office for two three times..then telling to go to the line..few minutes later speak " application calling for one day service is over" worst mean worst of worst department

  The land registration counter is the worst counter I have ever seen.

  Excellent customer service compared to other government offices, the needed records were given on time. Specially the security people are respectful, they are very friendly and very helpful. Great parking space available in a busy town.

  Embarrassed for giving 5 stars, so it will be decreased to 2 stars. I have been calling them for two weeks, still I couldn't contact them. So I have to go there tomorrow, it might be also a typical government office.

  Worst customer care as usual..Even for the mistakes done by them, we have to wait for months and months to get the work done..At least for these kind of mistakes they should have taken immediate steps without wasting the time of the Customer..
  
  On top of all they do not tend to even answer for the telephone calls

  'worst customer service provider' award winner.
  They don't give a shi* about you or your need.
  Nothing happens without any bribe. It's for sure. All the staff are greedy for it. But notices are everywhere to prevent such things. I just wondered who placed those notices. Their faces are like zombies. Very busy place and they closed their counters at sharp 3pm.
  If you need a copy of any lease agreement, you should bribe them Rs.3000/-. You can't get what you need for your official receipt of Rs.500/-
  It's so disappointment to pay such amount to get your need., and sad that there is no any system to correct those functions.

  Crowded place with no space to park a vehicle..but even security gurds are helping people to fill out forms and stuff..
