Never dare to come here!!!!if u want to lose ur self respect,dignity and money then u can come here.the staff were horrible not even trying to satisfy customers.they just rob ur money.and even rude behaviour.only place without a duty manager to speak.i regret every second spending there

I had been here for the first time for the water sports and my experience was very bad with them. The sports staff are very rude and they will not treat the customers well. Will never ever go there again. I recommend others also to avoid this place. You can rather call it a robbery place than a water sports center.

The worst trip of my life.never even dare to come here.the staff are worst and claiming damages without even damaging.there is no duty manager even in the resort.all the water sports staff are demanding money without any bill!!!if u come here it would be ur worst day of ur life

World's worst water sports center. I have never seen such a worst crew all at one place. Don't dare going there if you have self respect. If you are on a leisure trip to that place, you will never go back smiling. They will try to rob you claiming all the damages on you they previously had. Worst water sport experience I ever had. Worst worst worst. . .!!

This is my second visit to this place and i just love it. Laluna is located in a Lagoon so this is an excellent location for water sports since you are protected from the rough seas. Rates are reasonable and most of the equipment were new and well maintained. They have a restaurant on top of the water sports area that serves excellent Sri Lankan fare.
