Good place to buy groceries

Not many Options, most if the stuff is packed instant food. From breakfast nestle stuff to sweets. Next to that and washing stuff, nearly nothing. No fresh food, no cooled stuff just some drinks, water Bottles looked dirty and I didnt buy any due to mud on them. Couldnt tell whether they had been refilled or not.
