My girlfriend and I stayed in Ragama for a month doing research in the North Colombo Teaching Hospital and so paid for a monthly membership here. Super cheap (by Scottish standards) and Dash, the guy who runs it, is a super down to earth guy, really passionate about the gym and is very keen to help you when you need it or let you do your thing! He also lets you use his speakers which is just such a bonus!! Would definitely recommend it, you get a cracking sunset in there as well :)
