  Don't expect a luxurious stay. Basic room with 02 double beds, clothing rack, fan and bathroom. Premises and rooms are clean. Not recommended for an overnight stay unless you are on a tight budget. We booked the place for few hours, just o refresh ourselves prior to go to Sri Maha Bodhiya. The rates were LKR 1500 per 1.5 hours.
