  They are tell every time no internet therefore can't issue online some services (colombo district birthday certificate etc) Not friendly staff. very poor service. not respect to others. improve your service and your behaviors.

  nothing to word say.
  Very poor service they are tell every time their internet connection is not working. Staff is not friendly and not helpful. Don't know respect to others. Please improve their attitudes!!
