Enough parking space. If you care about quality products and quick shopping this is a good place for you. Move forward it seams that the vegetable is fresh but fish is not fresh. All they way good friendly staff. But they must educate about the discounts that they offer to there customers. The bad thing was they refuse to give change money. They wont us to put to there loyality card. This is not good. Some one must start complain against this. No media talk about this mafia

Fruits are not so fresh. Other than that they have a good variety of items. They also have a small stall for kottu and rice next to the bakery. Not sure whether it is available during the day time because I visited in the evening. Bakery offers self service. They have introduced a fresh juice corner also. Good if they introduce some healthy items in the bakery. The shop is reorganised to the green theme.

Properly arranged super market and vast rang of product are available. Well organized and well maintained place to buy day today grocery items. They have nice variety of vegetables and fruits. Convenience of getting everything you need under one roof. They have many products at reasonable prices. Pharmacy is added advantage and good environment to shop. Very good customer service. Has bigger car parking area.

A normal Keels super. Nothing much. Has bigger car park adjoining linked by a bridge. Better park there as the parking around it is almost always full. Has agood bakery with freshly baked items.

Well organized, and well maintained. However, some of the staff members not friendly, and sometimes not pay close attention on what they are doing. Enough parking close to the supermarket and a separate park few meters away. During office hours this outlet is too busy, and you may need to spend more time on checkout counters.

They don't have free WiFi for Nexus members, as they organized. I tried couple of time to connect, but it didn't work well.

Always the one stop before home. "On the way home" is someone elses slogan but it should have Keells's. I mean, from the variety of actually fresh vegetables and fruits to every other household items, thats the one place we Sri Lankans count on to lately. Every outlet is quite spacy and the parkung areas are not a tiny puece of dump, there's alot of space for customers to park as they wish, which is a good point. And the service of course, is a little down but that depends on the agents I guess. Maybe its time you guys give a little training about how to serve customers from the heart. But personally, I've never stepped into Food City or Arpico in about 2 years time!

Good place for your daily essentials.
Bakery, Pharmacy and Liquor facilities are available.
Large parking space available.

One of the good service they offer for customers, buying less than 5nos. of items there is separate cashier for it (which is not doing in most super markets and some of not continued).

Even though I was very upset about no free wifi for nexus users as they advertised, customer care is exceptionally good and well disciplined.
Offers and promotions are regular thing and easy to understand.

I was there (24-12-2016) and asked manager a help and he didn't even care.. So I dropped 4 to 3..

In here they gave free WiFi to the nexus card holders. Now for months it's not working. I have complained it before a month and still not working.
Funny thing is I complained it to the manager today(09-04-2017), he gave me 2 numbers of their IT people, which wasn't my job.
Such careless manager, I'm really disappointed in him and my rating 3 gonna go to 2 stars.

Anjula female cashier is not polite with customers. I have noticed this several times. She works there like she doesn't like the work she do. Also there were many mistakes done in this supermarket. One time they didn't allow us in because it's 10.45pm but clearly it say on the door the shop closes at 11.00pm. Another time when we bought 2 items, the cashier has put 21 items to the list.

One place I love to visit as you can buy all your needs from one place. Ample parking, Bigger shopping space etc etc.

Very helpful staff. Actually you must visit the place to experience the difference.
