Massive collection of cloths/shoes/bags and other items. vary narrow walking space (aisle) and it may creats a congestion. Some floors are bit dark.
Staff is supportive and friendly (specilly in cashiers). Try to reduce the congestion at billing point.
Parking space available (negombo side).parcel counter is also located at the car park so walking customers have to walk again. Washrooms facility is available at the car park.

In this specific store staffs always behind you and never let you to select by yourself.
they thinks that is customer friendly but they are wrong
when went to buy some clothes with my mom there were plenty of staffs walking behind us. Then I've stopped to follow my mom because she went to underwear section, there was a male staff lead her to select she was embarrassed to select came back.
customer friendly is not only following and helping. Let the customers to select their clothes by their wish.

Budget shopping for your clothing plus shoes, bags, toys, cosmetics etc. requirements in Wattala area. Parking available free by the side of the building. It is mostly very crowded before any major festival seasons and weekends. The staff are very cooperative and helping customers though it is crowded. Many foreigners do shopping here because it is cheaper. You cant get high quality stuff here, but it is always worth for your money.

Great place to buy all sorts of textiles here. Huge parking space (there are two). Huge collection of kids items, shirts, jeans, sarees, dresses,etc. Most of all what I noticed greatly and earned the 5 stars is the friendly staff. Kandy has the best employees in a textile shop any where. There are some improvents to be made though. The cafeteria adjacent with the shop is a bit expensive and the shop really needs more elevators. These improvemets should be done ASAP.

Guys don't mistake me why I gave 2 star is they don't have proper FIT ON room (dressing room) it's take to much of time and they should consider this please. Otherwise this place amazing, good quality items with reasonable price lot's of collection i like it and I give 4 star for that

I went to buy a gift for a relative and there were no good options. So I came back without buying anything. When I was leaving the car park, they charged me for parking. They said they will only give 15 minutes of free parking. I was there for about half an hour to find a good gift. It's ridiculous to pay for parking when I visited their own shop to buy something and came back within 30 mins without buying anything. If I had stayed for a longer time, it may be reasonable to charge for parking. But we can't decide what to buy withing 15 minutes. We also need to walk to the shop and back to the park.
