This is like a posh version of "බේරුවල බත් කඩේ". Not cleaned inside. Tables are also not cleaned well. Table arrangement is not nice and looks like they don't have enough staff. As this is a fast food restaurant, when you're ordering something, they are taking very long time to make it ready. Staff is not friendly. The fries are not fresh, sometimes you have to ask for "මාළු හොදි" to eat their fries. "බස් ස්ටෑන්ඩ් එකේ" washrooms are cleaner and well maintained than this. I was shocked when I go the bathroom. Taps are broken and hand dryer is not working. So boring atmosphere and it's so dark inside even all of their lights are turned on. Music sucks!

Spacious restaurant. Adequate parking. Staff was friendly.. Play area needs repairs and is not very toddler-friendly. Cleaner than other outlets in other towns. Food was a bit more spicy than their other outlets. If this is a continuous thing, then could prove to be inedible to most toddlers /kids. Other than that this place was quite satisfactory.

There aren't many western AC restaurants here in Ratnapura so we still go here even though the service is not very good. Tables are ALWAYS dirty. I have watched them clean the tables with a dirty napkin left from the previous customer. I always clean my own table. The young man will often be standing around with dirty tables just needing to be cleaned. The bathroom doesn't provide soap. It is a very unclean facility. They also allow gem dealers to come in and harass the customers. The managemt won't do anything about it. Yes, we still eat here often but simply because there is nothing else.

I lost my mobile there.i was with my family there for a dinner. After I finished the dinner I noticed my phone is missing.i asked the waiter.but he said he did not see that.the I asked manager to see CCTV footage.then the same waiter brought me the phone before check CCTV.I guess same guy purposely taken away the phone.that I recognise by his face.

Yet another KFC nothing exceptional.Parking facity is ok but there is nobody to assist clients.Dont know whether its company policy not to appoint anybody to do that job as it'd save money.

Allmost all are chicken stuffs. Now it has become a gathering place for dating than a food cabin. You can eat chicken with a unique flavor and all other things are very poor in taste and nothing good on other foods.

Paid for 8 chicken pieces but delivered only 7 pieces. After inform they appologies and provide the other piece. Be careful sometimes they may have done it purposely. No one is counting know.
