Great people, specially the people who are working in the union place Store are very friendly. Normally people don't appreciate the support, but I would like to thank them. Keep up the good work. Hope you make more effort to promote your brands rather than selling them to third parties such as online stores like wow.LK and click n shop.

absolutely worst product repairs. I have already got my laptop (wich is bought from jkoa and still covered under warrenty) repaired 3 times (after complete dead) and it once more is completely dead. damn you jkoa.
don't by priducts from these thugs

Poor Customer services if you guys can't answer the phone do not put your numbers.i tried 2 days each day more than 6 times for customer support no one didn't answer phone .Hope at least they are reading this , Top management should give more concern on this VERY VERY VERY VERY BAD CUSTOMER SUPPORT PLEASE THINK BEFORE GOING TO THIS PLACE

Products are really good. But bad customer service. Went to buy a Asus Laptop which is price above Rs: 130,000/= But ground floor showroom manager didn't like to provide exact information on that laptop. Specially about warranty information on hardware, software and battery. I went there through one of their sales executive contact. Finally that sales executive did a good job and helped me to solve the issues.

Nice showroom. Asus Toshiba and Samsung official dealer. Good products and good after service. Quality of products are guaranteed. Samsung Flagship devices are available with direct company warranty. Asus Laptops also available with up to 3 year company warranty. Toshiba photocopy machines, 3D printers, Multimedia projectors and all office automation devices available. Better visit the place and talk to some sales representatives. Product catalog is available on web site

Never recommend the services at JKOA to any one. No one there to help us with any inquiries. Called today more than half an hour but no one answer the phone( Notebook section) then called a another section and they put me to the reception. may be there will be a vacancy for reception because no one even answer the phone at reception area.
