  The view is breathtaking, from then it's downwards. Gigantic menu (e.g. 6 types of mushroom soups: cream, with beef, with pork, with vegetables, spicy,). I've never eaten such a strange burger in my life. The party was composed of wheat flour dough/batter (80%) and small amounts of cooked chop beef scraps about the size of small toe nails (20%) with a taste of soy sauce, deep-fried all together. Wow! Probably their way of saving expensive ingredients. Well, not for me. And please label it then a such. I guess the real burger is the cyptically named "Hamburger Steak" which is listed skewed entirely elsewhere from the other burgers. The WiFi is catastrophic, you can connect and signal strength is good, but you'll get some 0.1 Mbps out of it - if you're lucky. Toilet stinks.

  Once a Year I Visit hikkaduwa where JLH is my daily diner spot - JLH is the kind of place you keep to yourself. Hidden gem right at the ocean. Fresh food, cooked the way its supossed to be.

  We hit this place for seafood. Taste was not very impressive. We tried the mixed seafood platter. The best part is the location and access to the beach. We had a walk along the beach while preparing our meal.

  Cute place, on the beach. Good seafood, good price. They don't have all the tools for eating a lobster but we made do with the ones they had.

  Honestly do not order seafood here it was not fresh and the seafood platter looked like a stew. We couldn't eat anything it was so bad even the chips were bad. Seriously avoid. Shame cos it's a nice venue in an awesome location
