Very well maintained resort with friendly staff and excellent ameneties. We had a great time at this resort with our rooms located by the pool and 50 feet away from the private beach. The food at the restaurant was great for the most part and of course one sbould choose based on their preferences. All in all, a very pleasant experience considering the pigeon island trip as well. Definitely will return.

There were minor quibbles with the room such as I'll fitting doors that don't open properly and a minor issue with ants but all in all the rooms are lovely.

We stayed in a pool side lodging which was equipped with air conditioning, a fridge and a tv. The pool is a mere 3 metres from the door.

All of the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The restaurant staff were especially welcoming.

The food is great whether it be a la carte or their buffet options which come it at around 700- 900 per person per meal.

We didn't mind so much but worth noting that the maids only came on one day and we had to make a special request for toilet paper.

The pool is almost bath temperature and not too busy. They are extending the hotel and building a lot more rooms so it will be interesting to see how crowded the communal spaces become.

All in all great value for money, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Really nice hotel with a nice location. Beach was awesome. Rooms were clean. Front rooms has a beach view which is amazing. Food was good. but I feel itz bit expensive. Had a lovely time.

The location is really beautiful. Stayed in a cabana type room. I stayed for two nights. Not really impressed on the taste of food and service.

Beachside accommodation with pool. Very clean room and bathroom. The restaurant is fantastic and the staff and attentive. We enjoyed our stay.

Dexter and his team of young staff members worked hard to keep us feeling welcome. With the beach close at hand watching the fishermen land their boats and then their catch was good fun. The building work that was going on was well controlled and did not detract from our enjoyment.

More facinating place.Well enough treats & service.Good enough facilities to deliver service for 1000 guests at once.But pls have a better focus on hotel entrance.It looks much ugly in rainy days.Except this absolutely can be rated for all 5 stars above.

This is a nice place to spent your free time in Trincomalee. They have a good breakfast. But the rooms are bit small (sea view).

The staff is very polite , anything you ask they will do. The place is very clean. They don't have blankets in the room but you just need to ask and they will bring , also you can see here the local fishermen catching the fish , we helped them and they gave us 3 fish and we coocked it in the restaurant. Fully recomend.

I stayed at one of their Cabanas. I was not happy with the experience. I wanted to show others the reality before they mislead with the advertising and fake reviews. At least the the hotel will correct these and provide a better service.

*Bathrooms are very small and basic. They only provide the soap and you will have to bring you own shampoo and conditioner.

*No wifi inside or out( you might be lucky to get a very slow connection in the outside the room)

*No hot water.

*Very limited space inside if you're planning to have a family or 4 people.

* if you are planning on doing Snorkeling, whale or dolphin watching please use outside service. They are very expensive.
* Even the restaurant is doesn't have the feel of what you pay.

A huge potential at this place. Prime location next to the beach and fairly close to many Trinco attractions. And a lot of space to expand or do whatever .. The Cabins and Villas are great with the wooden finish (not sure how they'd look with wear and tear a few years on though), a really nice pool with a pool bar and great friendly staff.
Dinner was passable but breakfast was a hit. Ample sleeping room in the family rooms but not much space for anything else. A double cabin with ocean view would be the best bet here.
