If you value your money, do not go to this shop. If you really want to see this guy's customer care, visit Samsung Galaxy Club Sri Lanka Facebook Group. Many people experienced serious ignoring after-sale service. Be careful.

A horrible place with horrible staff. Don't know how to talk to a customer inquiry over the phone. The hotline is not answering at all. Selling phones at absurd price points. I do not recommend them.

As of covid-19 situation.. I don't think this is a safe place where they maintain their standards. Otherwise the products are good, service is not bad (nothing exceptional), and about warranty and repearing.. i cannot comment..

Beware when buying phones from this shop. They cheat people. They open sealed boxes of the phones without any reason and then sell them by cheating people. Don't fall for the offers given by this shop. And worst customer service from a phone shop.

The place is very customer friendly and also very busy. You can get a variety of products from headset, earplugs/earphones, back cases/phone pouches, Bluetooth speakers, range of mobile phones and etc. When it come to every product they have huge range products with various qualities and price ranges. There specialty is mobile phone(which they are most famous for) of various brands, specifications and models.
