  Excellent service!!!! I haven't been to this office in person but services online are Excellent. I want thank specially Mr.Udara for his attention to the detail and helping out people who are layman with their language. It's really amazing I would say. Mr.Udara you're an asset to this organisation and to the state service. Rise up the ladder you can do wonders with your attitude and commitment towards work. Good luck to you and your team!!!

  The counter guy was helpful but very slow process. I got my approval letter after 2 n half hours later. Important thing you need to know the code of the product (DHL will provide if you asked).

  very bad service we are waiting for more then 4 hours for our need. very very bad service . im very dissapoined and the staffs are very slow. they are doing only there job.
