Quality maintained, nice hospitality , staffs were really friendly , I had ordered an oil filter online for my vehicle , I went for the pick up and it was almost 5:40pm where the staffs were off from there duty still when I requested it’s an emergency they went back intimated the accountants to handle my gate pass and did the service faster thanks guys it was an amazing experience with you guys

Good for repairs and services for your hyundai. I suggest them to import all the spare parts and stock it. Company takes 3 or more weeks to deliver a spare parts for 2007 models.

With my experience I am of the opinion that Hyundai Lanka is not technically savvy enough to give care to Hyundai vehicles. Sometime they lie to you saying that they checked the issue in your vehicle without even attending to it. They are very poor in diagnosing issues. Since I'm bit concerned I have helped them recognising the issue. But everyone else cannot do it. They are not reliable in providing service. The worst part is Hyundai Lanka doesn't have spares stocks therefore you have to wait (usually a month) till they bring down spares on your requirement which causes delay in getting repaired your vehicle. Further they do not wash your vehicle properly at the regular service. Sometimes they charge you for the engine bay wash charged but wouldn't properly clean it.
Despite all this people are friendly. Service reliability is very poor. This will cause good Hyundai vehicle unpopular among Sri Lankans.response / report this review -

comparing to other major automible companies realy cheep price for service and spare parts. but very disapointed that they dont do undercarriage wash when we do a periodic service.

An OK customer service. Not too shiny, had to wait more than 30 minutes to just handover my car for service despite being on time and about the same for picking up the car as well.
They mostly have paperwork and when I askes why booking online didn't reserve me a spot they said online service reservation isn't working. The option is available on their website but they just dont honor it.
