It was a satisfactory service experience at Hybrid Hub today. The service advisor Mr Anujan is knowledgeable proper in what he is doing with educational qualification too in the related field. He explained about the process, listened to me carefully; and attended my demands.

Labor charges was far too expensive for the dual clutch oil change I did.
All they had to do was remove couple of bolts, unscrew oil caps & remove the old oil - for which it took 5-10 minutes & charged LKR 2500 for (not including price of DOT4 oil).
Highly dissatisfied with their pricing.
EDIT: My original review contained a comment about not leaving the left-over oil which I paid for. I was contacted by a representative (today) & told there are no left-over oil after such a "service". Even-though, their own technicians told me otherwise during/after the service (maybe they didn’t understand my question at that time…). Representative on the call even offered me a brand-new oil free of charge. So, I believe my comment about left over oil is irrelevant/incorrect for this review (as such, removed now).
However, my original rating still stands.
I still believe the service they performed did not warrant a service charge of LKR 2500.
Takeaway from my experience: Always ask for the amount (which Hybrid Hub presented to me before service being done) and shop around for competitive pricing. Also, know what kind of service is being performed on your vehicle. (Your mileage may vary)
EDIT 2: After asking Stafford mortors for a quote on dual clutch oil change, which they quoted me 12k - I would say the labour these guys charged me is bit more fair. I still think the charge is bit on the high side, fair nonetheless - so, the rating bumped up to reflect it.response / report this review -

Best service station for you hybrid vehicle. They love your vehicle than you. 30 point check and theur guidance gives 360 view of your vehicle. I always consult Thilanka for information when I need, young electronics engineer who knows inside out of hybrid vehicles. He is a life saver. Thanks to hybrid hub and their excellent service I have no worries of using my vehicle

Very good professional service
Apart from delay 4 hours to service in a week day.
Good customer lounge
Soft drinks. Nescafe water. Snaks.
Also workstations if you want to work while car is in service.

Friendly and supportive staff. Explains and educate people. Online appointments possible, and they keep track and remind you of appoint date. Lounge area has free amenities (snacks, tea, cold drinks, wifi, etc) and your vehicle is visibly repaired just next to you.

Friendly & helpful staff. Service advisor's are very knowledgeable and personally check the vehicle before delivering it to customer. Either you can watch the service or stay in comfortable waiting area. After the service you received detailed report of the vehicle. Yes its expensive (Nearly 2-5 K than normal place) but for the extra money you spend you will get trusted & quality work.

Great place. Little bit difficult to find on your own. Located next to the Khettarama grounds. These guys know what they are doing and how to properly serve a customer. Service is excellent. just took 2.5hrs to get the maintenance done with replacement of burnt out bulbs. they have a waiting area which includes a work station with wifi, beverages, news papers, cable and few sofas. Overall - Great!

Hybrid hub is the best place to take your hybrid vehicle. The staff are so friendly and courteous. Very knowledgeable team and they really go out of their way to educate their customers on the proper use of a hybrid vehicle. Their service advisors pay a lot of attention to detail and ensures that the task attended to is to the satisfaction of the customer. I have been sending my hybrid to them since the very first service and never have I been even remotely disappointed thus far. Thank you hybrid hub and hope you will never let your standards down that has won my confidence in your services.

Excellent service and very knowlegeable staff. Worth going to these guys instead of the Toyota Company. Can save a lot of money and get the right advise. I would highly recommend the place.
