We stopped here for lunch on the way to Colombo. Nice venue with potential. Unfortunately the service was terrible (we stood at the door for 10mins before anyone would attend to us). The bathrooms were dirty, water glasses smelt like a wet sponge and at 2pm there was barely any food left. I do hope this hotel make improvements as it's a nice location and very convenient when passing through from Jaffna to Colombo.

Nice setting (beautiful garden, very good swimming pool, view on rice fields), good rooms. But there is no Spa.
Rooms were not so clean, but when we asked for another cleaning, it was done instantly.
Staff were VERY friendly, though it was clear they did not have too many foreign guests (we were the only guests at the time).
The food was below the standards we have experienced in Sri Lanka before. Breakfast was almost entirely Sri Lankan - and mostly prepared for an extensive lunch buffet which was used by tour groups passing by. But the Chef accommodated us with a fried egg.

The was a lack of hot water and water pressure in the room, even after being told about the issue not fixed correctly. There is also a lack of internet services even tho it is advertised

This hotel is a bad hotel in Anuradhapura and wilattu side area.
I think we can book a good 4 star hotel in Anuradhapura.
Sinharagama hotel hasn't good facilities like as good view,tasty foods,good service,clean.
We can book a book hotel heritage,hotel miridiya for this price.
