  Zero rating. The service was next to nothing, had to literally wait more than an hour until food was served. Alas!! even when the plates were served each plate came in one at a time with a time gap of atleast 15min. due to that me and my friends could not enjoy dinner. Waiters are not available at hand. Food was ok though.

  Ordering pasta bolognaise and sea food chopsuey .waiting to long more then one hour. Others get there food earlier and came after me. Not fair

  Really good experience with Hotel River Island. I had a great time with my friends in this weekend. No doubt it is one of the best hotels in Sri Lanka.
