Nice new hotel with great views of rice fields from communal balcony. Wi-Fi didn't work well even with full signal strength. Very quiet, I think we were the only people staying in the whole hotel. Breakfast was great and changed each day. Manager helped organise Yala safari and prepared takeaway breakfast for 4:30am start. Watch the awesome display of thousands of bats flying past at the rear balcony at sunset. Amazing!

Clean and comfortable hotel and reasonably priced. We had the place to ourselves, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. There aren't many places to eat in Tissa (full stop) but the Sri Lankan curries we had at the hotel were delicious. Breakfast was OK, and we were also given spicey onion toasted sandwiches which were a good safari snack. Hotel is near a supermarket and convenient for the bus station.
