As It was late and the only group to arrive at that time in the hotel, we ordered the food which was taste. The washrooms were very clean

High cost. Rs 180 beer is costing Rs 800. Other items are also same. Apart from that they don't have change to settle the bill balance to the coustomer.

This is the best place to stay a night when you are on a trip to the northern part of Sri Lanka. Located at a very convenient place in Medawachchiya town and have three comfortable rooms. Rooms prices are budget type and we stayed in a triple room for 4000/- LKR. They are equipped with ac but no hot water. Probably due to the oldness of the hotel. But they provided toiletries. Rooms are well maintained and clean. Fortunately there were not mosquitoes. Food are somewhat overpriced and not much tasty.

The place is very pleasant to your eyes and very neat and tidy. Not very crowded. You have a lot of space there.
The food is little bit expensive comparing to the amount of food they serve, but it is more than sufficient to your stomach. If you are a foriegner it is more than enough but may not satissfy a local. But for us it was enough and perfect amount for the body.
And the other way I think in a area like Madawachchiya this place is a gem and could be the only one, So in that way the price is reasonable.
Also we had a look into the rooms they have and they were very nice and quality beds(but we didnt stay there). Were very neat and tidy with pure white bed-sheets.
The staff is very nice and pleasant!
