  It's not an over the top place. Feels more like a home turned into a rest house. Not very spacious. Very little parking space. Maybe 3 small sized sedans at maximum.
  
  There's about 10-20 rooms in total. The rooms are quite big. At least the one we got. Enough bed space for 3 without air conditioning. Clean room, clean bathroom, clean beds so in overall clean place. We only wanted one for a few hours so we weren't picky about our rooms much. The room rates are low compared to the average room price in that region.
  
  The backyard leads to the lagoon with a ramp. Not a very big backyard but considering the amount of guests the place can accommodate it's big enough. Only a couple of huts built at the far end of the garden to stay in, which is very disappointing if everyone wants to stay outside chilling.
  
  The view isn't too die for. You just get to see the hotels on the other side of the lagoon. And people enjoying water sports. Don't expect even that much of view from the rooms. They are just rooms, that's it.
  
  Food and drinks are overpriced by local standards. Food is very average. Not much options on the menu as well.
  
  In summary if you can't find any other place and just need a roof above you and a clean decent bed and you are too tired to look for more places; pick this place. Plenty of booze to choose from the menu, which again overpriced by local standards but have it in the garden and go to sleep and call it a night.
  
  P.S: VERY IMPORTANT: if you are paying by credit card make sure it's one of those old ones which have your details embossed. If you don't have one have enough cash with you.
