We spent two days at Horton Tower & Cottage. Best Scenery view from the room. Room was spacious, clean toilet and food was good. Staff was friendly. Also the surrounding area was amazing to walk around.

Best place in nuwara eliya to stay, for the reasons being, cozy, homely, friendly and helpful staff. However, it can be a bit pricey. It does include a very modest sized gym, an on demand in house cinema (not all latest movies available), sheesha on demand.
And prbly on top of all else, the most ideal location, on a hill top overlooking the lands, yet walking distance to the lake for a nice exercise.

Nice room for 3 people with good view of Mountains. Food served is good as it's not too salty and food selection is ok. They have a small gym and mini theater.

A neat 5 stars for the hospitality and food. Clean and nice rooms with excellent view. We were a big group, we occupied a whole cottage. There were no complaints even if we wanted to. They arranged food to our preference and in our cottage itself to our convenience. A huge spread it was. Enjoyed every minute of the stay. Close to the city, so not much of travel . Very good for families with children.

It is a newly build hotel. It was clean and nice. Staff was wonderful and helpful, but the food is portions are pretty small when you order. All and all worth the money.

Hotel is situated in a nice location, adjacent to some tea plantations. It was nice to go on an evening stroll and Gregory Lake is not too far away. Their staff is very friendly and rooms comfortable.

Enjoyed the stay .But drainage system in wash basin and Bath area were not working properly. Staff members were very cooperative and nice.

Amazing boutique hotel with beautiful views, personalised service and excellent food. They cooked hoppers especially for us which were an absolute gastronomic delight. Would definitely visit again and highly recommend it to others.

It's a small hotel with an obliging staff, comfortable rooms and good access to food either in house or dilevered from the Indian summers restaurant which is owned by the same company.
Some of the staff can be a bit less than professional if you compare them with that of star class hotels. However, this does not affect the stay very much.
As for the architecture, I may not agree with the tastes of the Indian architects in certain aspects.

One of the best hotels we stayed in Sri Lanka. The breakfast and dinner was good.

The hotel had great internet connection. They also have bikes available to cycle around the town.

There is also an Indian restaurant nearby owned by the same company that owns the hotel which was very nice.

Amazing place to stay on your vacation. All amenities and excellent service from the hotel staff and most importantly very clean. Great location and beautiful view. I stayed in a family room with 2 single beds and 1 queen bed. My kids loved the room and the balcony view. This is the first trip to Sri Lanka for my girls and they said the fanciest hotel that they ever stayed in. This is a place everyone must experience. Enjoy!!
