Quiet place to stay arriving or leaving negombo. Family management. Good basic breakfast. We enjoyed swimming pool and restroom before leaving

The place was the perfect start of our Sri Lanka vacation. The owner family was very friendly! The rooms clean and well fitted, the breakfast traditional. We would love to stay here again, but unfortunately we will not pass Negombo on our way back.

The owner's family are nice and provide help to us even we check in at mid night. And I love the breakfast they provided, feel like home.

OK. The family who run the place are friendly and breakfast was reasonable. But the room was basic and of somewhat dubious cleanliness. You get what you pay for in pricy Negombo I guess.
