Lovely place for a few hours, lots to see, unusual trees, bats, flowers. Well laid out, easy to walk around and nice restaurant for coffee and lunch. Beautiful botanical garden which are well maintained. Felt very peaceful whilst walking around, certainly different from the busy streets of Gampaha.

Mainly used for wedding photo shoots.There are 2 grounds where you can arrange events, swan boat rides also available. Vehicle parking is available. Nice place to spend the time with family and loved ones.

Henarathgoda botanical garden was initiated during colonial period and it exhibit diverse plant population within its premises. some of the plants grow indoor protective houses and rest of the plants grow freely in the garden.
world largest orchid and twin palm trees are some of the impotent exhibits in the garden. if you are going via Gampaha it is nice place to visit.

Even though it is a botanical garden you wont find lot of flowers there.just a bunch of trees and some grounds..
Ideal place to play a cricket match. It do have two grounds for sort of things..
If you are a lover this could be a place to spend time with your loved one..

Place is spacious and sceneric. Good for wedding day and pre shoot photography. Parking space need to be improved. Also staff attitudes. Some staff people are working without caring about visitors.

Beautiful place in Gampaha town where you can spend your weekend with your love, friends or family. There is a ground so, you can arrange a soft ball cricket match there. You can have boat rides in a pond. Vehicle parking is available. It is famous for pre-shoots and wedding-shoots.

Though this place is attractive, there are lots of things to upgrade. According to the social needs of busy lifestyles today, these places are very useful. Thing that expected to be developed.
1. Modern canteen to cater society with nice food.
2. Manage the place with more involvement of younger generation.
2. Establish acceptable disciplines and avoiding unpleasant behaviour of visitors.
3. Develop a culture that attract the foreign tourists. Bringing more money to sustainable development of the place.

Nice place to visit. It's a very calm & quite place. There is a play ground but, you have to book it before use it. There are some nice ponds & flowers. Also be aware of serpents.
