Very efficient and the customer service was superb for my tour to KL. The rates were also reasonable and the local partner in KL was also very well organized.

The Service they provide is excellent. Will go out their way to help you. Except for one small incident (one of the fellows at the reception didn't know how to behave around with customers - questioned me or rather abused me in a way - "You are NOT Sri Lankan, right?" Are visitors to Hemas Travel Premises have to be Sri Lankan's? Common, your is a travel company - what an ironical question.

I visited Malaysia with the help of Hamas travels. Tour was not went as they planned. They contacted us to a travel agancy from there named travel buddy. They have changed the hotel, changed the time frame. But it was nice to visit there. Thank you Hamas travels for making our tour memorable.. ❤❤❤

Very poor attitude of staff and low quality service. I visited their offices in Bristol street (Hard to find the office, no sign board. and It was a tiny place in one of the corners of the building) to change travel date for Malaysian airline business class for my return ticket to Cambodia. They asked me to pay Rs 55,000 for date change. If not they advised to cancel the business class ticket and re-booked economy class. Once I canceled the ticket they told me that it takes 30 days to get the refund (Rs 53,000). For the new ticket I paid Rs 54,000 through bank transfer and i called the office to confirm the payment. The lady promised to check with accountant and issues the tickets same day. Even after one week I haven't received any communication. Today I called the Hemas Malaysian ticket office and informed I haven't received any communication about my tickets. A lady called Shasanki told me the ticket already issued but they do not informed me via e-mails. They I gave my e-mail address, she was hurried and said"done". Sadly I haven't received any e-mail even after 12 hours. Seems they do not have good care for customers and work without any interest.
