I went in and bought 60 Megamax capsules for my mom, and they gave the container that comes with 60 capsules, so I didn’t even bother opening it, only to come home and find that the deal has been broken and it only had 57… now obviously, 3 missing is not a big deal, but the fact that they cheat their unsuspecting customers like this is horrible!! Their customer service is anyway one of the worst!

Has sufficient stocks of most medicines any time you visit them. They do carry other items too.
They do give a 5%discount if I remember right if the bill is above a certain value.
The times of operation are very convenient.
Availability of parking and the location itself is convenient compared to other pharmacies in Panadura.
Staff is knowledgeable and helpful.

Very poor, lazy, cunning service. Most dangerous thing is they are cheating customers and robbing the customers. Selling prices are depending on change money they have as they round off it. In my case I lost Rs. 23.00. My bill value is Rs. 327.00 and cashier said it as Rs. 350.00. They didn't issue me the system bill. When I ask a bill for claiming purpose they issued me a manual bill. But I saw the system bill when he is filling the manual bill. It is Rs. 327.00.Customers are always loosers and cunning staff is always winners. I cant give at least one star rating for them. I will never go there even I die without medicine.
