Great place to have a meal, drink and enjoy beach. Food was nice and the view of the place is really good. It has comfortable seating and great surrounding. One of the down side is that food orders take up to 30 to 45 minutes, understandably that could have been due to many tourists in the restaurant. So if you go to the restaurant with a expectation of receiving food by that time then you have no issue and you can enjoy a drink till your food is ready. Staff is very friendly and I would rate their service 8/10. Prices are very reasonable and lastly I would say this is one of the most famous restaurants in Unawatuna.

Ordered, waited 45min, asked about our order the waiter laughed and said it's coming and there is lot of clients. Only about twenty percent of tables had customers. Food was decent.

A WONDERFUL BEACH AND WARM WATER. BREAKFAST ON THE BEACH WAS GREAT.
COMFORTABLE ROOM.
LOTS OF SHOPS AND ACTIVITY OUTSIDE OF THE GATES OF THE HOTEL.. THERE IS A COMPANION HOTEL NEARBY THAT IS 5 STAR. ASK THE DESK OR E MAIL.

Was there with a group of friends on 30th December. The place came to life after 11pm. Music was great. Drinks were just okay.

Wonderful place to have drinks or a meal by the beach. Even the rooms are lovely. Amazing hot butter cuttlefish! Definitely must try. Staff are so friendly and polite will always greet you with a smile 😁

In August 2016
Great beach hotel with friendly staff. Nice foods and calm atmosphere. We were 5 of Gents and Management agreed to give us one bed room apartment, Two king size beds and clean room large bathroom.

I was there again in 25th of August 2017 with my 3 friends. Booked Two bedroom apartment. Last year we were there and no charged corkage for liquor. But this time they have change there rules and charge Rs. 3000 for local and Rs. 5000 for foreign Liquor.

The day is Friday. It is the day of Disco Night. Start after 10 pm and it is the very best Disco night in Unawatuna beach. lot of locals and foreigners were there and extremely fun/

Food was not great for the prize. Atmosphere and surrounding was good quite ambience.

Waiters take long time usually.

Taste of the food was not good. It's totally out of my expectations.

Strawberry milkshake tasteless. My worst milkshake ever.

But less people with sea breeze, it's nice to spend some time with your loved once

The room was mediocre but clean sheets and ok facilities. Nothing fancy here but great location right on the beach. The AC struggled to keep the temperature cool in the room.
