Really friendly host. Always here to propose help. Owner has a tuk tuk and could bring you everywhere whenever you want. Cheaper that what could be proposed on the beach. Rooms are clean. Sometimes no water but not specific to this villa (everywhere in bentota). Kitchen is so and so but lot of restaurants nearby. Just enjoy.

A great guesthouse with nice and very clean rooms and a modern bathroom. The family who runs this place is very helpful and sweet. The rooms have air conditions but can be rented cheaper (3000 RS per night without air condition). The breakfast is included and very huge and delicious. I highly recommend this place!
