Their customer service is very very poor. When a customer ask to help to remove their vehicle from the park, they neglect them. Especially the security officer at the main door. What rascles they are.
When selecting a book or other gift item, they don't help the customers. They think only money. They don't care about the customer satisfaction.
Items are not in a good condition.
in my point of view I STRONGLY RECOMENDED NOT TO GO TO THIS SHOP AND TO GO TO OTHER SHOP WITH HIGH LEVEL CUSTOMER ASSISTANCE.

Wide range of stationeries, books, home ware etc prices are moderate. Beautiful home ware are available. But the customer service is bad. They are careless, rude and unsupportive with bad attitudes.

Book and gift store. This place is located at Main Street of Anuradhapura city. one of the old business place. it use to be located near post office some time back but now it is located at in front of Salgado ground. if you visit this place you will able to buy books, stationary, bags kitchen utensils ceramic ware glassware plastic products artificial flowers sports equipment.
you can park your vehicle but no wheel char access. all the premises is air conditioned with music play in background. no elevator only stair case. most of the staff supportive. they offer gift wrapping service. fix price store.

We definitely come to this store once or twice a week. Because of the quality of those products and lowest prices. The staff of Gunasekara & Co. is very cordial. Today (04th of May 2019), I also went to bought books with my friends. However, the behavior of a woman in the security sector was very disappointing. Customer service is very bad today. Her behavior is not appropriate for this shop. As customers, we were very disappointed that the way she talk to us. So we didn't buy anything today and left empty-handed. Be sure that, this doesn't happen anymore. This is done to damage of your reputation.

All stationaries, creative fancy goods plastic products and large variety of products available here. But the customer care and service very poor. Very slow workings. Very upscale place. Vehicale parking is always busy at the place. All staff not much care the customers well. Only one old lady have whole products knowledge. Most are freshers. Always staff changes. So they not know about the products. So when we trying buy something it's so difficult. Only one good in there is they have good collections of plastic goods, stationaries, ornaments, and house hold products available at an affordable price.

The customer service of this bloody book shop is very poor i should say.! These staff ladies and that old lady who is going here and there and doing nothing but bullshiting all the time is really disgusting. The management, please change your useless staff as soon as possible or give them a training on customer service right away

Many options to chose from at the best price in the town. However, don't keep hopes on anything even near to what is called "customer care"!

Varieties of gifts, stationary, electronic items and sports equipment available here. I think staff is not enough. Not much friendly. Pets not allowed. No washroom facilities. No lift. Wheelchairs not accessible at entrance. Small space for parking.

Cover most of stationary and text book requirements. Purchasing stationary as stocks available. Contains sport instruments. Doesn't have a very large collection of text books though. Biggest shop for Stationaries and text books in Anuradhapura if I'm correct.
