  No hot water. Very poor service. They change their prices from time to time, for us they increased the paying amount when we checked out. They had removed the “set” and “reset” buttons on the A/C remote. They had set the A/C timer for 12 midnight. They do not provide us with soap, towels, blankets or any of the basic requirements. Breakfast is not worth the money. They don’t provide WiFi code when needed.
  My advice- NEVER LODGE HERE.

  Got a deluxe suite, rooms were missing some bed linen, towel, no soap or toiletteries. Didn't have hot water facilities, expensive prices for a peasant breakfast. Ambitious check out time rules, we were charged extra saying we had exceeded the checkout time. Very maniputive management, don't waste your time and money here.

  Best stay in sri lanka! Nice and clean, new building, beautiful room with outside sitting area. There's a mosquitonet, fan, big bed, beautiful bathroon, option airco, nice breakfast if you ask. The guy speaks English and is a great help on how to organise your travel and shows you where the best beaches are. We rented scooters from him and it was a lot of fun!! I wish we could have stayed here for longer!! Really recommend this place!

  Super location! There is a lot of love and attention in every activity of this family business. Very nice rooms (you won't find a guest house in Tangalle for this price with such nice and clean bathrooms), great food, great service (the owner is a fantastic host) and a lot of extra services (scooter rental, laundry, tuktuk, etc)

  Very friendly and helpful. Very nice and clean rooms with a very beutifull and clean bathroom! You can rent a scooter for a very good price.

  Very attractive place.
  Not to loud and has friendly staff.
  Delicious rice and noodles, huge portions, adequate price margin for local beer (at least for ginger beer).

  Terrible place for breakfast, they charge you 500rp for one egg, chlorine tasting tea and jam with no fruit in. Then they add 10% service. Not recommended, there are much nicer places nearby.

  I would come back. Comfortable bed with mosquito net and private bathroom. Nice owner, he was very helpful and made sure my stay was 👌🏼
