  My parcels were collected on 22nd Dec and still not delivered, nasty about the call answer (no answer) even the H/O.
  Pls do not use the service

  Really bad customer service. Do not use this company for your deliveries.
  My parcel was picked up on the 20th of December and today is the 29th. The parcel has still not been delivered. I understand that there were holidays but this is unacceptable.

  dont use this courier service, really bad service, i send a document on a friday , but they cant deliver it till next week tuesday, i think srilanka normal postal service is great better that this buddy hell company,, pls dont use this company !
