Loved it here. Friendly staff. Well taken cared cabanas. Ruan is is a very good cook.

We arrived for dinner and tried to smile at the staff working there but they seemed grumpy and rude. We ordered rice and curry for dinner and got small portions of ubdercooked lentils and very badly cooked manioc. When I tried to explain it's not cooked enough the waiters argued with me and said that's how they eat even though the daalh was crunchy and manioc rock hard and bigger they then cooked the food for another 5 minutes which wasn't enough. It seems the staff are very unprofessional and do not have any actual training in customer service, you shouldn't argue with guest that would like their food cooked properly. Then when we got the bill it was 1000 over and we had to get them to do it again. Very unprofessional staff. I'm just glad we are not actually staying here.

Owner is very rude, and the spaghetti tastes like soya noodles. We ordered soda water but got tonic. When we made a comment about the food and wanted something else instead, they were very hostile and they wanted us to pay for everything including 10% service charge. Don't go here!!

Very dirty place. Angry owners. Bad and slow WiFi signal. Bring incomplete portions. Do not know how to make cocktails. If you want to leave earlier, the owners asked for that money!
