  Poorly maintained facility
  
  Old style wash rooms are unhygienic and with smell
  
  Swimming pool without proper maintenance and trainer
  
  Event hall is not up to the standard
  
  Unfriendly and unresponsive staff members
  
  Providing accommodation facilities with minimum standard and cost is very high compare to the facilities and service

  Good place to stay in Kilinochchi. Price is also reasonable. I will definetly stay here if I visit Kilinochchi again.

  This place is the only hall with accommodation. Room sizees are good but the manitanance is very poor. Washroom was broken. Wedding hall washroom was in un unable condition as it was filled with water. But the food is good here.

  A nice, simple, and quiet place. Fairly good food and rooms for the price. However, staff service is a bit poor, and the garden and pool are not maintained well.
