Great location but service was really slow. The waiter recommended a platter would be enough for us 3, it was too small so we had to order again and had a second long wait for the next order. Service was a bit disorganized. Would go for the location but not impressed with either food or service.

Really cool bar and restaurant right on the beach, only one of its kind in the area. Great vibes & good service, definitely worth a visit! Food is reasonably priced & they do cocktails and spirits as well as just beer (which is all you can normally find!) No idea why such bad reviews?!

Very nice place next to the beach. Iittle bit expensive comparing to the rest of the country, almost same prices comparing to the rest of Trincomale.

We had a wonderfull Stay at their beach. The restaurant was good. People were friendly and the ambiance is really super. I Read other remarks which were not so possitive. I don't understand what people are complaining about. Again: a super location!!!!!

Came here 3 times. Nice location on the beach with sea view and you can sit in the bar on stools or swing seats, up on the first floor deck or on beach loungers on a nice clean part of the beach. Food is ok, not amazing, but they serve their Lion ICE COLD in home-made insulated holders so they stay that way even in sunlight thanks to a silver foil exterior!

A very nice spot which they take full advantage of. Water is twice the normal price, also check your bill and change. When l remarked that l had been over charged l was told to see the manerger who never materialised! Even after several visits.Silly people. Try the 'restaurant tuna' around the corner, it's much better and cheaper.

Fantastic place for a beer and a quick bite in front of the beach. Good latin music. Very chilled out. Usually with tourist crowd. Food is not so great though..

Brilliant location and great atmosphere especially in the evenings with fire torches and a small beach fire burning. Food was good on each of our three visits (breakfast and two evening meals), but service was 'lax' at best - we had to call the servers to us each time we wanted to order anything or even remind them we had asked for the bill ten minutes before. In keeping with most of the more northerly places we have visited in Sri Lanka, adjustment of expectation around service and realism about speed of service is necessary - it won't be quick or very slick but you can't hold it against them. Would recommend this place for a chilled out and cool meal.

Great atmosphere at the bar and a beautiful location. Service could be better though, sometimes orders weren't written down or we had to remember the personnel about food that we ordered. In the end we came here for a night of drinking and for that it was great.

I am a tourist guide. I went today with my clients to eat. Because I wad invited. But I show in the main entrance "Strictly no commission" I felt bad and left the clients to eat there because they wanted to try foods. Finally clients had to wait longer time till arrive food. So I was waiting long time out side. Even I couldn't go to the restaurant and meet the clients. Security was stopped me. So I am attaching pictures. I never ever show something like this. Any way all the drivers or guides not behind commissions. There are some and I don't tell "NO" I think they should tell this to the person's who ask commissions. Any way this is not our cultural feeling. The person's who do such things they are more keen to take money for them self. Mostly tourist like to spend money in this country because that money goes to even poorest people. They are damaging of they're image. No one is perfect.!!!!

Nice location, average food and worst service I've seen in my life: asked for not strong tea without milk - got strong tea with milk, asked for NOT spicy pizza - after half an hour got spicy pizza, asked for not spicy again - got it after 1 hour. Staff is slow and unfriendly.

The beer is overpriced and the manager said they had everything other than hummus. But when I tried to order a veggie burger they said they didn't have buns So then I tried to order a veggie wrap and they didn't have wraps..? We ended up leaving and walking to a pizza joint down the road. So glad we did.

Nice location! Terrible service, out of the large Menu they only had pan cakes for dinner, so we went to another restaurant. Next morning i ordered a pot of coffee, after a 20 minute wait i get served a pot of tea, after another 10 minutes i finally get my coffee. Too bad, as the location and the place its self is really nice.

Great location just minutes walk from where we stayed (Lobster Inn) cocktails were nice and strong. However the over the cooked meats weren't very nice to eat. Sometimes all you want is a juicy burger 🤓
