  We are old customers of Family Bakers.But now I have no positive ideas of your place.Because there is no active service and some workers are very careless.Therefore you used to prepare delicious cakes,but now I think there is slightly drop down.

  The quality of the food is really good. But the staff is very arrogant and not customer friendly. I had to wait like 15 mins to just order some snacks. There were only two to three customers too. Only one girl is occupied for the cashier and she is busy writing some order and ignorant of what other customers want. Very poorly qualified staff !

  Worst customer service i've ever met.. No manners at all.. Have to wait for hours to take an oder.. I will never recommend to anyone.. Irritating

  The quality of the bakery products are excellent but the staff members are ignorant and arrogant during the rush hours. Prices are reasonable. The place has a dull and unpleasant ambience.

  There are some issues with flies. One day i bought a hotdog and there was a dead flie
  After i informed they quickly give me another one but the thing is they must take action for that issue because of that they might lose their customer base

  Good place to hang out with friends and family to have a quick calorie bite. Good pastry and buns items are available. And cakes too. With parking space.

  If you love bakery products and if you are in Panadura area I recommend you this place to have a little hangout or to have a coffee or tea.
  
  If you are a non vegetarian you should try chicken deviled bun and mutton pie which they serve morning. And if you are a vegetarian you should try vegetable burger and vegetable bun which they serve morning as well.
  
  Unfortunately they don't accept credit/debit cards all the payments need to make by cash only.
