We dropped in to this restaurant on 21st April 2018 and had lunch for 8 including my 3yr old daughter. After having paid for a Chilled Water bottle , my wife requested to fill my daughter's water bottle from the water dispenser they had because they didn't have unchilled water bottles. Mind you, my daughter can't stand chilled water due to wheezing.
I am very disgusted to say that the cheap female staff member refused to give water *Api ehema wathura nikan denne nehe. (We dont give water free) *.
Apparently i had to buy another unchilled water bottle from their ground floor bakery.
Spending rs. 40/- for water is no big deal for me. But their 3rd class attitude towards the customers is something to think about.response / report this review -

Nice little restaurent of alankulama chain near new bus stand . Good place for short eats ( pastries , buns , bread ) .taste is good. Good cleanliness. By far the best restaurent near new bus stand . But this didnt get 5 stars because the staff is not very courteous except one who is the staff captain . Lunch is also available . I prefer the rice and curry in banana leaf .

Very well maintained space with a wide areay of quick bite (Short Eats) options ranging from buns to cakes. Teas and Ice Coffees are very well made. It's a self service place and there's a good seating arrangement for any crowd. There's a seprate dining ares in the top floor, which I didn't try. Restrooms are situated in the top floor. They are well maintained, but cramped.

Good collection for breakfast. Value for money. Can be bit chaotic in rush hours. Milkmaid tea has lot of sugar, so not the best place for tea.
