Driver was 30 mins late as the company did not communicate pick up location. Then part way through the trip they tried to get us to take a tuk tuk when we had paid for a car. The company also didnt communicate with the driver what we had agreed upon causing confusion and an extra 30 mins of trying to explain what we wanted. Save yourself the headache and book a driver through somewhere else

Service was excellent ! we travel 6 days by using Ella Budget Taxi and everything went very well. Taxi was always cleaned and on time. Driver was good but didn't talk much. But he helped us concerning everything. We all are very pleased to get good service (also office contact us almost daily and make sure that everything is ok). RECOMMEND !!

I used Ella budget taxi to travel one way from Ella to Colombo. Communication was excellent. The car was as described and in immaculate condition. The driver was friendly and his driving excellent. Cheaper than any other taxi services in the area. Would have no hesitancy in recommending their services.
