Old church built on cemetery. Nice place.
Beautiful building in galle Dutch fort
Impressive, but was closed while I was here.
This is an old building built by the dutch in 1755. This place considered one of the oldest Protestant churches still in use in the country.
Located inside the Galle fort.
The present church was built on the highest point in the Galle fort, which stands more than 12m above sea level. This church has beautiful honeycomb style floors inside, and has a startling collection of stone carved tombstones worked into the floors and the garden. The church garden itself is beautiful and haunting, with lush grass in the center flanked wall to wall by stone tablets.
The oldest and the historical place inside this dutch fort. This Reformed church was built in 1755 August. Must Visit
Lovely old church. Great, simple internal features. Fascinating history in the gravestones and markers. Lovely and cool too.
It is a church built on a cemetery. There are loads of ornately carved stones bearing inscriptions and dates of deceased Dutch officers/pastors.
Very beautiful carvings on the stones inlaid in the floor.
Old church built in 18th century. Fascinating architecture.
Honestly, this place was just too run down and small to make it a worthwhile sight.
Nice ancient building with great looking
