Worst place to have a cup of tea I Kelaniya.
A cup of milk tea costs Rs. 65. A cup of plan tea costs 40 Rupees. The difference of 25 Rupees charged for an ultra small creamer packet, which was just enough to colour the full cup of hot water in to a watery grey colour so called "Milk Tea". They were used to serve a good cup of tea few years back.
Most of the staff is not customer friendly even.

Worst customer service I've experienced in my life. The guys serving food seemed to have serious attitude problems and shows no curtesy or care for customers. I had to ask the same question from one of them several times and I just got a slight nod of the head in response. Will never step in to this pathetic place again in my life.

Delicious and hygienic (even though not healthy) fast foods. One of the best bakery chains in colombo.
In this particular outlet staff is not helpful, they get annoyed when customers don't have change and show their anger.
